🔐 IdP — idp.test

This stands in for signin.aws. Visiting this page first-party does two things:

1. Sets two cross-site (SameSite=None; Secure) cookies on idp.test:
   • sid = an identifying session token (like Amazon's Xdac identity)
   • presence = 1 — a non-identifying flag (our design's presence flag)
2. Establishes first-party interaction with idp.test, which browsers require before they'll grant Storage Access to it in an iframe.
